The electricity and water is included in the monthly rent along with the yard mowing. Phone, satellite TV, and internet will be your responsibility.

You will be able to use the river anytime for fishing, canoeing, tubing, or swimming!!

Pets are negotiable with a non-refundable pet fee. Sorry but has not been HUD approved.
