Welcome to Mountain Magic on the New River! We're thrilled to introduce our new cabin starting September 2024. Here’s everything you need to know to make the most of your stay:

General Info
•    Age Requirement: Must be 25 years or older. Name on reservation must match the credit card. Identity verification required. The booking party must be present at check-in.
•    Free Activities: Enjoy one free ticket to top activities in the area every day of your stay.

About Mountain Magic on the New River:
--Location: Nestled conveniently in Crumpler, near Jefferson and West Jefferson, NC with paved access, approximately 15 minutes. The North Fork of the New River is in your back yard.
--Capacity: Ideal for up to 7-9 guests.

Features:
     •    Bedrooms: 5 bedrooms—3 Bedrooms on main floor and 2 bedrooms on lower level.

           o    Main Floor: Master bedroom has queen size bed with En Suite bathroom
           o    Main Floor: Bedroom #2 has queen bed.
           o    Main Floor Bedroom #3 has a twin bed with twin trundle.
           o    Lower Level Bedroom #4 has queen size bed
           o    Lower Level Bedroom #5 has a twin size bed
     •    Amenities:
          o    Air conditioning, ceiling fans, central heating.
          o    Pet-friendly (maximum of 2 well-behaved, crate-trained dogs; sorry, no cats).
          o    High-Speed Wi-Fi.
          o    2 Refrigerators
          o    3 TVs
          o    Fully stocked kitchen: Keurig maker, Regular Coffee Maker Crock Pot, blender, hand mixer
          o    Washer and Dryer.

•    Dining: Table for 6 with extra seating at the kitchen island.

Outdoor Space:
     •    Covered porch with seating and 5 person hot tub. Many guests opt for outdoor dining on the covered porch, which also features a large hot tub you can enjoy even if it’s raining.
     •    Fenced area for pets
     •    Level yard and access to the river
     •    Covered front porch

Pet Policy:
     •    $100 nonrefundable pet fee per pet-2 dog maximum. Must be well behaved, leash/crate trained, 2+ years old and weighing less than 45 pounds.
     •    Pick up after your dog and dispose of waste in the trash. The fee does not cover excessive pet hair or damages.

Safety & Privacy:
     •    Exterior Camera: Located at the front door. It does not monitor interior spaces or private areas like the hot tub.

We are not able to offer kayaks or tubes for the river.

Additional Notes:
     •    Kitchen Supplies: Well-stocked with utensils, cookware, dinnerware, Keurig maker, coffee maker, and a starter set--2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid, liquid hand soap at all sinks, and black makeup wash cloths. Additional supplies may be needed for longer stays.

     •    Check-In/Out:
           o    Check-In: After 4:00 PM
           o    Check-Out: By 10:00 AM

     •    Winter Travel: 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended from November through March. Be prepared for possible inclement weather.

Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. If you cancel 45 days prior to arrival is subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days before the arrival date do not receive a refund. Cancellation fee for stays over 28 nights will be 20% of the rental rate. If you purchase travel insurance and the reason for the cancellation is covered, you may recover the entire amount.
