Nestled high in the breathtaking Blue Ridge Mountains, "Pinnacle Tree" is a spacious and inviting retreat, perfect for families and groups seeking an unforgettable getaway. With four comfortable sleeping areas and three modern bathrooms, this cabin accommodates up to 10 guests, making it ideal for gatherings. NEW hot tub installed end of December 2024.

At an elevation of over 4,600 feet, you’ll enjoy cooler summer days and stunning views year-round. The cabin is easily accessible, with mostly paved roads leading to the property, though approximately half a mile is on a gravel road. We recommend being prepared for snowy conditions during the winter months to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay.

• Conveniently located 15 minutes to West Jefferson, NC and approximately 30 minutes to Boone.
• Stunning mountain views of Grandfather Mountain and Sugar Mountain.
• Located in the Big Tree Community near West Jefferson.

Pet Policy:

• Pet-friendly with a $100 per dog pet fee (plus tax). 
• Maximum of 2 dogs weighing less than 50 pounds allowed with prior management approval.
• No dogs are permitted on the furniture, especially the beds. Extra fee for excessive pet hair/damages and clean up after Your dogs. Please be responsible pet owners.

Accommodations:

Main Level: Sleeps 2

• Master Bedroom: Offers king size bed, Roku TV, En Suite full bathroom, and doors with access to the main deck.
• The master bathroom includes a step-in shower, soaking tub and 2 vanities. There is also access to this bathroom from the hallway.
• Fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, modern appliances, gas stove, refrigerator with ice/water dispenser, dishwasher, coffee station with a Keurig maker and a regular coffee maker, and built-in microwave.
• Open floor plan with dining table for 8 guests and additional seating for 3 at the kitchen peninsula. There is also a wooded high chair. 
• The living room offers an amazing floor to ceiling stone gas fireplace (seasonal), Roku TV, comfortable electric reclining couch and electric recliner.
• Laundry room with full-size washer and dryer.

Upper Level: Sleeps 6

• 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed with a Roku TV and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds (twin/twin) and Roku TV.
• Full bathroom with step-in shower.
• LOFT: There is a loft which is open to below with a couch, card table and a work area with desk, lamp and printer, and many books to read and enjoy. 

Lower Level: Sleeps 2

• Bedroom with king size bed, sitting area with Roku TV, gas fireplace, table with 2 chairs and a desk.
• En Suite full bathroom with step-in shower
• Entertainment/Game Room with pool table, Foosball, arcade style game table with 60+ games including PacMan, Donkey Kong, etc., darts, cornhole, large connect 4 game, large tic tac toe, Roku TV, refrigerator, table with 3 chairs and a small couch, access to outside and to the hot tub.

• Spacious covered decks to enjoy mountain views of Grandfather Mountain and fresh air.
• Covered 6-person hot tub for relaxation after a day of activities.
• Wood burning fire pit for family gatherings, perfect for roasting marshmallows and storytelling (wood not provided).

• Covered and uncovered parking for up to 4 vehicles.

• Minimum Stay Requirements:
• 2-night minimum stay for off-peak seasons.
• 3-night minimum for summer months, most holidays, and October.
• 4-night minimum for Thanksgiving.
• 7-night minimum for July 4th and Christmas/New Year holidays.
• Check-In/Check-Out:
• Check-in: 4:00 PM or later.
• Check-out: 10:00 AM or sooner.

• Additional Notes:
• No smoking allowed inside the rental.
